Subscription Billing (Your TimelyChurch Plan)

Your church's TimelyChurch subscription, the monthly or yearly plan you pay for, is completely separate from online giving, which is how donors give money to your church through Stripe Connect. Plans, prices, upgrades, invoices, payment methods, and cancelling are all managed on the Billing & Plans tab of Church Settings. For the full guide, see Subscription & Billing.

Changing or cancelling your subscription never cancels your donors' recurring gifts and never deletes your giving or accounting data. The giving and finance modules are part of the Pro plan, so if your church moves below Pro you keep the data but lose access to the giving tools until you upgrade again.
