Activity and Attendance
The Activity tab is your personal timeline of involvement at church. It pulls together your family's check-ins and attendance history into one view -- a helpful place to see where you have been spending your time and to celebrate consistent participation with streak tracking.
Opening Your Activity Page
Activity lives inside your My Account area, alongside your Profile, Family, and Privacy settings.
- Log in to the Member Portal.
- Click your name (the profile menu) at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose My Profile -- this opens the My Account page.
- At the top of the page, click the Activity tab (next to Profile, Family, and Privacy).
You will see:
- Per-person stat cards for you and your family members, showing total check-ins and current week streak
- A Currently Checked In banner (with pickup codes) whenever someone in your family is checked in right now
- A family summary of check-ins over the last 90 days and the number of classes attended
- A Recent Activity timeline of check-ins grouped by date, including check-ins for your kids -- so you can see what services and classes they have been part of
Streak Tracking
Each person's stat card highlights their current week streak -- for example, a "5" means five consecutive weeks with a recorded attendance. The streak resets if a week is missed.
Streaks are based on actual attendance data, so they only count a week when there is a check-in or attendance record marked present for that week. If you attended but were not checked in (or check-in was not used that day), that week will not count toward the streak.
What Counts as Activity
The Activity timeline is built from your family's check-in and attendance records over the last 90 days. Depending on what your church tracks, this can include:
- Service check-ins -- attendance at Sunday services or other gatherings
- Class check-ins -- including kids' classes for your children
- Attendance marked at a session -- when a leader records who was present
As of recent versions, attendance is unified with check-ins, so everything on this page comes from the same check-in records. If your church does not check people in for a particular gathering, those items simply will not appear in your timeline.
Viewing Family Activity
The Activity tab automatically includes everyone in your family. Each family member gets their own stat card at the top, and you can tap a card to filter the timeline down to just that person.
This is the easiest way to confirm that your child was checked into the right class on a given Sunday or to spot a missed week. When a child is currently checked in, their pickup code is shown so you can collect them.

Privacy
Your activity history is visible to you (and the family members you manage) and to church staff who manage check-ins and attendance. It is not shown to other members in the directory or anywhere else in the portal.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My streak does not look right. Why? A: Streaks rely on accurate check-in data. If you attended but were not checked in (or check-in was not used that day), the system has no record of you being there that week. Ask your church office to add a manual attendance entry if needed.
Q: Can I export my activity history? A: Self-serve export is not currently available from the Activity tab. Contact your church office if you need a copy for personal records.
Q: Why does a service or class I attended not show up? A: The Activity timeline only reflects recorded check-ins and attendance from the last 90 days. If no one checked you in (or the gathering does not use check-in), there is no record to display.
Q: Will I be shamed for breaking a streak? A: Not at all. Streaks are a fun, optional touch -- nobody at church is notified when you miss a week, and your activity timeline is private to you and your church's staff.
